In the hustle and bustle of travelling, important items can sometimes be forgotten in the car. These cases are very common for us. Be it the passport that is essential for the trip, the child’s cuddly toy that seems indispensable for the holiday or the smartphone charging cable that you can fly off without. Such situations can be stressful, but we have solutions to help you in such moments.

Quick solution for forgotten items

Back to the car park: If you realise that you have forgotten something important in the car, we can help you get back to the car park quickly. You can take the nearest shuttle bus to pick up your forgotten property.

All-round protection package: Customers who have booked our all-round protection package benefit from the extra journey included at no extra cost. This package covers the second trip to the car park and back to the airport if you have forgotten something important.

Without all-round protection package: If you have not booked the all-round protection package, there is a charge of €10 for the extra journey. This fee covers the cost of the additional journey to the car park and back to the airport.
