Constant availability: Our on-site staff are available at any time of the day or night to ensure smooth operations and respond to our customers’ needs. This applies to our main P1 site as well as other car park areas.
Security and surveillance: In addition to customer service, our employees also monitor the car parks, both in person and via video surveillance. This provides additional security and peace of mind for our customers.
Office hours: Our office is staffed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. During this time, we are available to you via all communication channels (telephone, live chat, email).
Customer support at the weekend: We also answer emails at the weekend to ensure that you receive support outside of regular office hours.
