When you make your first booking, we will automatically create a customer account for you so that you can view and manage your bookings. If you no longer need this customer account, you can delete it as follows:
In our app:
Go to the menu and select “My profile”. Click on Settings there. Scroll down and click the “Delete account” button. Your customer account with all your personal data and booking data will then be irrevocably deleted.
In our web customer login:
Log in to your customer account and select “My data” in the menu. Here you have the option of cancelling your account with Dein Stellplatz. Please note that you will no longer have access to your previous bookings, vouchers and offers. If you are sure, please confirm the account cancellation below. Click “Delete account” to irrevocably delete your customer account. If you still have at least one pending booking, your customer account cannot be deleted. This is because we need your data to process the pending booking.
