For parking at Berlin Brandenburg Airport you can cancel your booking.
Free cancellation is possible at any time up to 24 hours before arrival. If you have booked our all-round protection package, you can cancel free of charge until the last minute!
You can make the cancellation in the customer login, or you can send us an email with the booking number to info@dein-stellplatz.de or call us during our office hours at +49 30 – 66 40 40 99.
You will receive 100% of the parking fee you have already paid as credit for your next booking.
If you would like a payout, we charge an administration fee of 4,90 €. If you would like a refund, please contact us so that we can arrange for the refund.
