Can I change my booking?

If you have booked your parking space at Berlin Brandenburg BER Airport, you will receive a booking confirmation and access data to our customer login immediately after sending your booking.

Booking changes, such as changed flight times or other booking data, can be conveniently made online in the customer login. You manage your bookings yourself, at any time and from any place! Alternatively, you can inform us of your change requests by e-mail to info@dein-stellplatz.de or by telephone on +49 30 – 66 40 40 99.

We accept booking changes at any time. If you need to change your booking at short notice on the planned arrival day, please contact the shuttle bus mobile phone number, which you will find in your booking confirmation.
