Jelly babies at reception: To sweeten the waiting time for our younger guests and for a bit of fun during take-off and landing, we offer jelly babies at reception. A small gesture that often makes children’s eyes light up.

Child seats in all sizes: Safety is our top priority, especially when it comes to our younger guests. Our shuttle buses are equipped with child seats in various sizes to ensure a safe and comfortable transfer for children of all ages.

Family friendly service

We understand that travelling with the family can sometimes be a challenge. That’s why we endeavour to make the park process as smooth and stress-free as possible for all family members. Our friendly staff are on hand to assist families with any questions and needs, and our shuttle service provides convenient transport to and from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER).
