Therefore, our car park is completely levelled to ensure easy and convenient access for all our customers. We strive to provide a comfortable parking and travelling experience for every traveller, regardless of physical limitations.

Barrier-free parking facilities

Level car park: Our car parks are designed to be easily accessible for people with disabilities. This includes ground level car parks with no obstructive barriers.

Free upgrade to comfort & security car park: For people with disabilities, we offer a free upgrade to our comfort and security car park. This area is closer to the shuttle service and offers shorter distances as well as additional comfort and security.

Transport of wheelchairs and rollators

Registration as bulky baggage: Wheelchairs and rollators can be registered as bulky baggage. This enables us to make the necessary arrangements for comfortable transport with our shuttle buses.

Comfortable transport: Wheelchairs and walking frames usually fit comfortably in our shuttle buses, but if space is tight, this is not a problem. We use special luggage trailers to transport wheelchairs and walkers safely and comfortably during the transfer to the airport.
