Customisation of the shuttle service: Our shuttle service is adjusted according to the actual landing time of your flight at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER). You can rest assured that we will be there for you as soon as you have landed.

Flight cancellations

Communication is key: If you find out about a flight cancellation in advance, please let us know as soon as possible. We will then reschedule the transfer to ensure your arrival at the airport or your return to our car park runs smoothly.
