In the hustle and bustle of travelling preparations or after returning home, small and large items can easily get lost. From caps, jackets and cuddly toys to child seats, sunglasses and wallets – it’s amazing what gets forgotten in our car park or on our shuttle buses. To make such situations easier, we have set up a special service.

 

Our lost property service

  • Regular checks: After every shuttle bus journey, our staff carry out a thorough check to ensure that no items have been forgotten.
  • Secure storage: All found items are stored securely in our lost property room. We carefully document each find to ensure a quick return to the rightful owner.
  • Collection or dispatch: If you have lost something with us, you can collect your item directly from us when you leave. If you have already left, we offer to send the lost item to you. There are no additional costs for this service, only the postage for the dispatch must be paid by you. For this purpose, we ask you to send us a corresponding postal ticket.

 

How do I report a loss?

If you suspect that you have lost something in our car park or on the shuttle bus, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach us via the usual contact channels. Give us a precise description of the lost item and the period of your journey so that we can help you effectively.
