We take the security of your vehicle very seriously. Our car parks are not only a safe place for your car while you are travelling, but also an area to which only authorised persons have access. Here you can find out how we control access to our car parks and what we do to ensure security.

Who has access?

Authorised customers: Only customers who have made a car park reservation are granted access to the car parks. On arrival, the booking is checked by licence plate recognition at the barrier to ensure that only vehicles belonging to customers who have booked a parking space are admitted.

Staff: Our trained staff are on site around the clock to monitor security and provide support if required. They are the only ones, apart from the customers, who have permanent access to the car parks.

Security measures

• Video surveillance: All our car parks have comprehensive video surveillance. Cameras continuously record to ensure the safety of your vehicle and provide recordings if required.
• Lighting: The car parks are well lit to increase security during night time hours and create a safe environment for customers arriving or being collected late at night.
• Fencing: Our car parks are fenced to prevent unauthorised access and provide an additional layer of security.
