At Dein Stellplatz, we take the security of your vehicle very seriously and use advanced measures to prevent damage and act quickly in the rare event of an incident. Our extensive video surveillance plays a central role in this.

Preventing and tracking damage

Video surveillance: With our state-of-the-art video surveillance system, we seamlessly record what happens in our car parks. This enables us to see exactly who has parked next to whom and to identify potential door bumps or other damage.

Damage management: In the unlikely event of damage to your vehicle, we work closely with the authorities and report the incident to the police so that it can be officially documented and cleared up. Our 100% clearance rate shows that we are able to effectively track down the perpetrators of damage.

Data protection: For data protection reasons, we can only make video recordings available to the investigating authorities. If you discover damage to your vehicle, it is therefore important that you inform our staff.

Our approach to damage prevention

Experience shows that most of the damage reported to us was already present before the vehicle entered our premises. Thanks to our entry recordings, we can quickly clarify such cases and avoid misunderstandings.

AGB note on damage

Our general terms and conditions require that damage to the vehicle must be reported before the vehicle is driven off. This enables efficient processing and rapid clarification of the incident. We endeavour to support our customers in every case of damage and to find a satisfactory solution for all parties involved.
